Frank O'Connor CEO Exigent Security Products, Inc. Formerly president of Defentect, Frank O'Connor established himself as a visionary in homeland security strategic thinking. Mr. O'Connor was instrumental in spearheading the development of applications and processes utilizing a broad spectrum CBRNE management, monitoring and messaging software platform for Defentect's and other third party sensors to address the needs of specific industries and critical infrastructure defined as vulnerable by DHS. With more than 25 years experience in various technology sectors, Mr. O'Connor is an accomplished, entrepreneurial-style senior executive with a proven record in guiding both start-ups and established, public companies. He has successfully raised millions in capital, developed and executed ambitious business plans and created the operational momentum for establishing national and international markets and channels. Mr O'Connor was President of Defetect, Held Executive level positions at Wickes Furniture, J&R Music World, IP Network, Cybershop and De La Rue.
